Founder: Rhonda B. Coe

Rhonda B. Coe is a multifaceted leader whose work spans real estate development, ministry, and media. She is the President of R.B. Coe Consulting, LLC, a real estate finance and development firm that provides strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private developers in the planning and monitoring of affordable housing. A seasoned real estate investor and developer with over 25 years of experience, she has led the creation of housing projects and neighborhood revitalization efforts across New Jersey.

We serve the community with the following programs

Lee’s House

We serve widows through acts of kindness and engagement. Lee’s House helps widows stay connected to their community and religious support. It empowers individuals through shared experiences and provides financial assistance based on need.

Housing Development

Through RBCM’s affiliate, IMPACT, we develop affordable and market-rate boutique apartments, each with a distinct design, floor plan, and decorative style.

Light Support Group

A safe space for young adults between the ages of 18-25 facing common issues to share what’s troubling them. Hearing from others facing similar challenges often makes us feel less alone in our troubles.
